Also, the increase rate of depression keeps getting high due to the stresses that the pandemic presents. According to Psychological impact of COVID-19 pandemic in the Philippines – PubMed, “During the early phase of the pandemic in the Philippines, one-fourth of respondents reported moderate-to-severe anxiety and one-sixth reported moderate-to-severe depression and psychological impact.”Because of this we, needed to be more resilient to any illnesses and have the strength to cope to our everyday challenges.
The key is to have an awareness and concern to your own health in the midst of this pandemic. To be physically able and mentally prepared by eating the right food, being active and checking your mental health.

Mental health are sometimes not given prioritize and attention due to the stresses and pressure caused by the pandemic. Do you always feel anxious and frustrated to certain situations that is currently happening? Each person has the responsibility to check their mental health to avoid mental health issues. Although social gatherings and outside activities are prohibited, one must enjoy life with his family and the simple things in life. Have a positive mindset and do things that might give refreshment and fun to you. Let us not focus to the stresses in life, instead use every challenges as a way to improve your whole being as a person.
